Third Term Newsletter 2017/2018 session (Primary School)
On behalf of the Management, Staff and Pupils of the above named school, I appreciate the Almighty God for seeing us through the 2017/2018 Academic session peacefully. Our sincere thanks and appreciation also go to our esteemed Parents and guardians who left no stone unturned in ensuring that their wards had all they needed during the course of learning.
However, some issues are worth taking cognisance of before the resumption from the holiday.
SUMMER COACHIING: The summer coaching for the third term holiday commences on Wednesday 1st- Friday 31st August 2018. From 9am- 1pm prompt each day. The fee is 3,000 (Three Thousand Naira only). Also the Crèche class will be opened for both old and new parents.
PROMPT PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES: All parents are hereby notified of the need to pay up all outstanding and current school fees of their child/ ward on or before resumption from the Third holiday. Parents are also advised to pay up on or before the resumption for the next academic session.
PURCHASE OF TEXTBOOKS: All text books will be made available for parents’ purchase during the holiday period. List of books has been given to pupils. Ensure all books are purchased for your wards before the 2nd week of resumption.
CARNIVAL/FUNFAIR DAY: The school will be hosting both Parents and students to their yearly Carnival and funfair program which comes up 20th November 2018., Parents shall however be notified of all activities and preparations at the right time.
HOLIDAY PROJECT WORK: Holiday Project works have been given to pupils. Do ensure with maximum assistance that these works are attended to.
THIRD TERM HOLIDAY/ RESUMPTION: The school will be vacating for the third term of the 2017/2018 academic session today 27th of July, 2018 to resume for the next academic session on Monday 17th September 2018.
However, Boarders are to resume on Sunday 16th September with full proof of payment of both school and hostel fees.
We also use this opportunity to wish our students a happy holiday.
